Activities
- Doing regular Eye check-up camp for the poor people from nearby villages and the slum areas.
- Every year Blood Donation Camps are conducted
- General health check-up camps being conducted regularly, since last 3 years.
- We have distributed Blankets, Books and other items to the Orphaned Children in the Flood in the year 2005 in New Panvel, Panvel, Palaspe etc.
- We have send Carpets, Blankets, Sarees, and other relief materials directly to the Dist, Administration of Nagapatnam, Tamil Nadu State, at the time of “Tsunami” 2004.
- For our Community, we are conducting Tamil classes, since 2009.
- Today we have 225 students studying Tamil language through “Tamil Virtual Academy University” of Tamil Nadu Government. Out of which 10 students are Maharashtrians.
- 25 students attended the exam conducted in our Tamil Sangam office in June 2015 and passed with good score. Out of this 2 students are Maharashtrians.
- We are conducting Marathi classes for the adults and English speaking classes to our Ladies.
- We have a Library with more than 2000 Books in Tamil and English Languages.
- Annual day functions every year with more than 500 people participating.
- Organize lectures for the Temples in Religion and Healthy Living.
- Organize Yoga classes for the Elderly people.
